This week's athlete of the week is Arrow Christofferson of Clark Fork Track & Field.
Arrow has improved his shot put personal best for three straight meets. At the Timberlake Invitational on Friday, the senior threw for a mark of 38 feet and 11 inches to place ninth of out 49 competitors. He has improved his best mark by roughly three and a half feet since last season.
