Report of an animal problem in the 2100 block of Freeman Lake Road in Oldtown at 10:12 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a residential panic alarm in the 300 block of Cedar View Estates in Blanchard at 10:22 a.m.

Quentin N. Andersen was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 300 block of Blackthorn Road in Oldtown.

Report of a civil dispute in the 1500 block of Sagle Road at 11:38 a.m.

Deputies assisted Sandpoint Police in the 2200 block of Great Northern Road after a report of a man with a bat at 11:44 a.m.

Request to speak with a deputy from a resident on McGhee Road in Kootenai at 12:52 p.m.

A Coeur díAlene agency provided information to the Bonner County Sheriffís Office at 1:21 p.m.

Report of littering in the area of Highway 95 and Colburn Culver Road at 1:27 p.m.

Request for follow-up in the 26000 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 1:29 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 4000 block of Vay Road in Priest River at 1:45 p.m.

Report of a citizen assist in the Priest River area on Kingfisher Way at 2:22 p.m.

Report of a suspicious male at the Sagle Conoco on Highway 95 in Sagle at 2:37 p.m.

Report of an animal problem in the 100 block of Rebeccaís Way in Kootenai

Report of a case for a citizen assist in the 1200 block of Beare Road in Spirit Lake at 3:07 p.m.

Report of a hit-and-run accident in the area of Selle Road and Trotter Lane at 3:34 p.m.

Deputies assisted Sandpoint Police in the 700 block of Alder Street at 4:49 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver on Highway 95 near Selle Road at 5:41 p.m.

Report of a family offense on Lakeshore Avenue in Dover at 6:15 p.m.

Report of a noise complaint in the 400 block of Ben Morris Road in Priest River at 6:18 p.m.

ISP responded to a reported reckless driver in the area of Highway 95 and Homestead Road in Athol at 7:37 p.m.

Report of a disorderly conduct in the 400 block of N. Idaho Avenue in Oldtown at 8:12 p.m.

Report of a non-injury accident in the 14800 block of Highway 2 in Priest River at 9:39 p.m.

Ashley Tritt, 25, of Bonners Ferry, was arrested in the 4000 block of Upper Pack River Road at 10:20 p.m. on a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance; and Kyle Cavanaugh, 31, of Sandpoint, was charged at the same time and location with felony possession of a controlled substance and felony eluding.

Report of a traffic hazard on Highway 57 in Priest River at 11:44 p.m.

Report of a welfare check in the 1100 block of Gypsy Bay Road in Sagle at 10:39 p.m.

Report of suspicious circumstances in the 460000 block of Highway 95 in Athol at 1:24 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Oct. 28

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Baldy Mountain Road at 7:39 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover an attempt to locate a subject wanted out of Kootenai County in the Spruce Street area at 11:17 a.m.; the officer advised the address given was not correct.

Officers contacted a disorderly male reported in the 2200 block of Great Northern Road at 11:44 a.m.; he was issued a verbal warning.

An officer addressed a citizenís concerns in the 500 block of Main Street at 12:17 p.m.

An officer contacted the owner of a vehicle left in the 1200 block of Birch Street at 2:33 p.m. it will be moved shortly.

Report of an abandoned bike in the 1400 block of Cedar Street at 4:30 p.m.

Officers were unable to contact an intoxicated male reported to be causing problems in the 700 block of Alder Street at 4:49 p.m.

A wallet was reported found in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 5:53 p.m.

An officer assisted BCSO deputies on a call in the 4000 block of Upper Pack River Road at 10:20 p.m.

Oct. 29

After a report of suspicious circumstances in the 500 block of Cedar Street at 1:46 a.m., officers advised it was a cleaning crew.

When the officer arrived in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue after a complaint at 2:02 a.m., a barking dog was already back inside the residence.

Oct. 28

An officer responded to a 911 misdial in the 200 block of Larkspur Street at 5:40 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Oct. 28

Report of a 911 hang-up on Bodie Canyon Road at 11:17 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a civil protection order on E. Jefferson Avenue at 11:46 p.m.
