NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17th day of May, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., (recognized local time) of said day at the BONNER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 215 S. FIRST AVE., SANDPOINT, IDAHO, 83864, JAMES S.
