Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby provided that a public hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 65, and Kootenai City Code, has been set for the Kootenai City Council for June 4, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai, ID to consider the following: File # VAR01-19 - Flanking street setback variance -Sires Living Trust is seeking approval for a 10-foot side yard flanking street setback, where 15 feet is required by city code, to allow for construction of a single-family dwelling.
