Lakes meeting venue changed

PRIEST RIVER — The location of this month’s Idaho Lakes Commission meeting has been moved to the Priest River Event Center.

The June 19 meeting starts at 10 a.m.

It features presentations on watercraft inspection stations, upstream aquatic invasive species efforts and forest health. The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality will update the panel on the Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and Idaho Fish & Game will be on hand to discuss the Priest River cold water augmentation project. Upgrades to the Thorofare and Outlet Bay Dam are also slated for discussion.
