This sole source procurement is in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2808(2) and approved by the Bonner County Commissioners on the 22nd day of January 2019. The reason for the sole source procurement from Pictometry is that they are currently the only oblique imagery platform that currently integrates with the assessment software used by our Assessor's Department for valuation of property.
