Jacob Kissee, 24, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 9000 block of Highway 2 in Priest River at 5:59 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Deputies assisted Ponderay Police in the 400 block of Piehl Road at 1:45 a.m.

Report of a traffic collision in the area of Highway 200 and Pine Cliff Drive at 4:28 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Dec. 17

An officer responded to an unspecified call in the city at 8:51 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a misdemeanor warrant arrest on S. Division Avenue at 9:41 a.m.

A municipal code violation was reported in the 500 block of S. Ella Avenue at 12:17 p.m.

Report of possible fraud in the 400 block of N. Division Avenue at 12:25 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on S. Division Avenue at 3:09 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Juniper Drive at 4:27 p.m.

Officers assisted felony probation with a home visit in the 1200 block of Maple Avenue at 4:55 p.m.

Kristy J. Niemeyer-Randolph, 39, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1200 block of Alder Street at 5:34 p.m. on a charge of possession of meth and cited on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 400 block of S. Fourth Avenue at 7:14 p.m.

Patrick J. Weaselhead, 30, of Bonners Ferry, was arrested in the Superior Street area at 8:29 p.m. on charges of possession of heroin, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia; and Doris M. David, 61, of Bonners Ferry, was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of paraphernalia and frequenting.

Dec. 17

An officer took a report of a suspicious male in the 200 block of Cedar Avenue at 8:10 a.m.

An officer took a report of a family offense in the 477200 block of U.S. 95 at 8:26 a.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 476000 block of U.S. 95 in reference to a citizen assist at 12:14 p.m.

An officer took a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of Triangle Drive at 1:14 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to the area of Highway 200 and Highway 95 at 6;18 p.m.

Aaron L. Martin, 40, was cited on a charge of trespassing in the 31000 block of Highway 200 at 6:37 p.m.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 400 block of S. Fourth Avenue at 7:14 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road in reference to a complaint of vagrancy at 8:48 p.m.

An officer responded to a prowler reported in the 400 block of Piehl Road at 1:45 a.m.

An officer and EMS responded to a battery reported in the 1100 block of Triangle Drive at 2:01 a.m.
