The definition of a yield is to stop and let on coming traffic have the right away. This said, why is the sign on the south end of the byway getting onto U.S. 95 not a merge instead of a yield?
I took a poll of my fellow workers and they suggested a roundabout at the south end of the byway.
What do you think of that, Pat Gooby?
