NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FEES AND RATES SAGLE VALLEY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT The Board of Directors ("Board") of Sagle Valley Water and Sewer District ("District") will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at CAFÉ 95 located at: Cafe 95 469000 Hwy 95 S, Sagle, ID 83860 In accordance with Idaho Code S 63-1311A, the purpose of the public hearing is to take public comments regarding a proposed new fee and/or increases, in excess of five percent (5%) over the amount last collected, to the following fees or charges of the District: Connection fees (based on location of the water main). The reason(s) for all such proposed new fees and/or increases is to recover and/or recoup the District's actual or reasonably necessary costs and expenses associated with providing such services, complying with applicable law. The Board will consider all written and oral communication in making a final determination of the appropriate rates and charges.
