Idaho Housing & Finance Association Notice of 2020 CHDO Operating Assistance Grant Application & CHDO Certification Deadline IHFA is now accepting applications from community-based, non-profit affordable housing development organizations (CHDOs) for 2020 CHDO Operating Assistance Grants. Individual grants cannot exceed $50,000, funding contingent upon IHFA receiving the 2020 HOME allocation. Organization must be a 2020 IHFA-Certified CHDO to be eligible to receive a CHDO Operating Assistance Grant. Organization must submit current CPA-prepared financial statements in compliance with 24 CFR 84.21 with certification documentation. The 2020 CHDO Certification checklist and Operating Assistance Grant application are found in 2020 Annual Administrative Plan-Exhibit N and the online application portal. https://www.idahohousing.com/federal-programs/home-program/ Please note there are mandatory additional instructions in addition to the Exhibit N for the 2020 year.
