Idaho Housing & Finance Association Notice of 2020 CHDO Operating Assistance Grant Application & CHDO Certification Deadline IHFA is now accepting applications from community-based, non-profit affordable housing development organizations (CHDOs) for 2020 CHDO Operating Assistance Grants. Individual grants cannot exceed $50,000, funding contingent upon IHFA receiving the 2020 HOME allocation. Organization must be a 2020 IHFA-Certified CHDO to be eligible to receive a CHDO Operating Assistance Grant. Organization must submit current CPA-prepared financial statements in compliance with 24 CFR 84.21 with certification documentation.
