Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code and Dover City Code has been set for Dover City Council on August 13, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. at the Bonner County Administrative Building conference room, 1500 Hwy 2, Sandpoint, ID 83864, to consider a proposed addition to Title 5 (Public Safety), initiated by the City of Dover: Proposed ordinance to adopt law prohibiting stalking within the city, providing penalties and providing for an effective date. The objectives of this ordinance are to: Add protections for residents and visitors to the City of Dover; Act in the interest of public safety and health and welfare of Dover residents; Prevent repeated instances of harassment. The public is encouraged to attend the hearings or provide written response. Any written comment greater than 1 page must be submitted at least 6 days prior to the meeting. Written material not exceeding 1 page may be read into the record the day of the hearing. Public testimony shall comply with Dover's public hearing resolution (copies available at City Hall.) STATE TIMBER SALE CR040004, THIN LAMB GNA A public oral auction will be conducted in the parking lot at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 3258 W. Industrial Loop, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815, at 10:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, August 13, 2020 for an estimated 7,220 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser.
