During a traffic stop on Highway 95, marijuana and paraphernalia were seized for destruction at 10:50 a.m

Pamela L Julien-Ferry, 49, of Tumwater, Washington, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. in the 200 block of Superior Street on charges of felony delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Fifth Avenue at 6:08 p.m.
