FBCS graduation, parade is today

SANDPOINT — The community is invited to help cheer on Forrest Bird Charter School graduates today.

Following graduation, a parade through town will begin at noon at the Sandpoint High School parking lot. The parade will then head north on Division Avenue, east on Chestnut Street, South on Boyer Avenue, and east on Church Street before ending up at City Beach.

This parade aims to celebrate the FBCS graduating class of 2020, FBCS principal Jennifer Greve said.

“The parade allows friends, family and the community be a part of the celebration,” she added. “We hope everyone can take a moment to celebrate the achievement of all graduates by coming out and cheering. Sandpoint is a small, tight community. We wanted to share some joy with everyone.”
