Loren J. Martin, 39, of Puyallup, Washington, was cited in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 7:28 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

An animal problem was reported on Fourth Avenue at 10:31 a.m.

A call regarding information reported in the Halley Street area was transferred to the county at 11:22 a.m.
