Authorized the Planning Department to advertise and begin the process for the Board to appoint a Building Regulations committee to assist in reviewing and updating Title 11. Instructed staff to begin the process to withdraw Bonner County from the voluntary National Flood Insurance Program Community Rating System (NFIP-CRS), with the intent to restore local control over zoning and density to Bonner County. Granted authority to the Chair of the Board to sign the required official CRS withdrawal letter of intent, which will be generated by staff. Instructed staff to mail this signed CRS withdrawal letter to Marlene Jacobs, CFM, Senior Floodplain Specialist with Verisk Analytics, to complete the process to officially withdraw Bonner County from the voluntary NFIP-CRS program. SHERIFF'S OFFICE Approved the agreement between ICE and Bonner County for the Sheriff's Office to provide detention and maintenance of ICE Detainees. ICE will reimburse Bonner County up to $686.00 at a rate of $98.00 per day per inmate between June 1, 2020 and May 31, 2021. Thereafter, there are four potential yearly Option Periods of performance.
