Colin J. Daly, 22, of Edgewood New Mexico, was cited in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 10:18 a.m. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Joanne D’Patricia, 61, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 100 block of Fourth Avenue at 8:37 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, battery and resisting/obstructing.

An officer advised that threats reported in the 200 block of Halley Street at 9:12 p.m. were unfounded.

Two dogs found in the Pine Street area were taken to the animal shelter at 10:29 p.m.
