An officer assisted a citizen in the 1300 block of Oak Street at 9:59 a.m.

Report of possible fraud in the Fifth Avenue area at 11:44 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Larch Street at 12:39 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the Spruce Street area at 12:53 p.m.
