Micah Sims, 18, of Herriman, Utah, and Spencer Readel, 19, of Spokane, Washington, were both cited on charges of possession of controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of Kootenai

Cutoff Road in Ponderay at 1:26 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the Highway 95 area at 4:12 p.m.

Koung Thant, 43, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 1000 block of Schweitzer Plaza Drive at 8:41 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
