MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING November 10, 2020 SHERIFF'S OFFICE Approved the Adult Detention Agreement between the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho and Bonner County to house male and female inmates at the Bonner County detention facility. The Tribe will reimburse Bonner County $90 per day per inmate with the agreement being effective from date of execution until November 30, 2021. ROAD & BRIDGE Approved the variance request from Grant Dorman to release the plat subdivision from the Condition 4 requirement to improve Mount Baldy Lane, and to adopt the findings of fact and conclusions of law as set forth in the Staff Report presented by the Road and Bridge Department. SOLID WASTE Approved the Clean Harbors Household Hazardous Waste Contract. This contract will allow for Clean Harbors to collect, package, transport and dispose of Bonner County residential household hazardous waste. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT Accepted the Idaho Office of Emergency Management 2020 State Homeland Security Grant award 20SHSP017 in the amount of $68,337.00 and allowed the Chairman to sign. Approved Resolution #2020-82 authorizing the Director of Emergency Management as the Grant Administrator to prepare, sign and submit quarterly reports for the 2020 State Homeland Security Grant Program number 20SHSP017 in the amount of $68,337.00. JUSTICE SERVICES Approved the Bonner County Justice Services Juvenile Justice 19/20 Annual Report to the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections as prepared by Justice Services. RECREATION Approved the winter trail maintenance in Bonner County grant proposal and authorize the Recreation Manager to submit the application to the Resource Advisory Committee. At 9:20 a.m. the meeting was recessed. At 9:30 a.m. the meeting was reconvened.
