Inslee needs to focus on Washington, not Idaho

| November 29, 2020 1:00 AM

To directly address his "lordship" Washington Governor Jay Inslee's comments about the "irresponsibility" of Idaho and our response to COVID-19 and mask mandates, etc in the Spokesman Review back in October.

First, none of your concern. Second, your "subjects" have spent the entire year flocking to our communities, streets, wildlife areas, and waterways. We here in Idaho, especially North Idaho, have seen your people in their cars, trucks, and campers with their Washington plates, swarm here and witnessed them do their drug deals, leave their trash, and foul our communities with their graffiti. Many of us "irresponsible" Idahoans have spent the year cleaning up after your people fleeing your lockdowns and mandates.

So, please, carry out your threat of closing your borders or better yet how about we close all Idaho borders to all of you from out-of-state, including Oregon, and California,  and you all can "shelter-at-home" in your own communities instead of coming to Idaho where you do not belong? How about you look to your own community, Governor Inslee, before you start preaching to others?
