Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code and Dover City Code has been set for Dover City Council on November 12, 2020, at 6:00 P.M. at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following proposed amendment to Dover City Code: File #AM10-18 Stormwater Management - The City of Dover has initiated an amendment to Dover City Code to add a new chapter 4 "Stormwater Management Regulations," to Title 9, Building Regulations. The purpose of the ordinance is to ensure use of best management practices for site development to safeguard properties and protect water quality from unchecked stormwater run-off. The ordinance would establish criteria, performance standards, and an application process for site development and stormwater management. At the October 1, 2020 public hearing, the Dover Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the amendment on a unanimous vote.
