CLARK FORK — The Clark Fork volleyball team bounced back from Tuesday's loss to Wallace in a big way. The Lady Cats stormed past Noxon (Mont.) 27-25, 25-21, 25-19 at home Thursday night.

"The girls played super good," head coach Michelle Valliere said. "Best I've seen them play all season. They came out there super strong and worked their butts off and played really good."

Valliere moved sophomore Emily Myers to outside hitter and brought junior Katelyn Matteson into the middle. The decision paid dividends. Myers had 10 digs and four aces and Matteson tallied three blocks.

Sophomore setter Paige Valliere had 15 assists and four aces and junior Taylor Staley grabbed seven kills.

Clark Fork (3-1) hosts Priest River at 6 p.m. Saturday.
