Cody Smith, 32, of Heron, Mont., was arrested in the area of N. First Avenue and Cedar Street at 11:23 p.m. on an outstanding Bonner County warrant and was charged additionally with possession of drug paraphernalia; and Raymond Mitchell, 25, of Helana, Mont., was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia at the same time and location.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 8:25 a.m.
A legally parked care in the 300 block of S. First Avenue was struck in a hit-and-run accident at 10:35 a.m.
Report of possible harassment in the 300 block of Lavina Avenue at 4:28 p.m.
A vehicle was reported damaged in a hit-and-run accident in the 900 block of Alder Street reported at 6:06 p.m.
Officers assisted fire personnel on a call in the 100 block of W. Lake Street after a report of a structure fire at 7:55 p.m.
An officer advised that a hit-and-run accident reported in the 600 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 8:04 p.m. was unfounded.
Information was relayed to law enforcement in the area of S. First Avenue and E. Superior Street at 8:58 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate reckless drivers reported to be in the Woodland Drive area at 10:13 p.m.
Report of a disorderly male in the 4300 block of Burns Court at 11:03 p.m
Marc D Jordan, 67, of Livingston, Texas, was cited in the area of N. Second and Pine Street at 11:20 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
