Kjel Olson, 34,of Bozeman, Montana, was arrested in the Antelope Loop area in Clark Fork at 10:06 p.m. on a charge of obstructing and delaying law enforcement; and a 52-year-old female was placed on an intoxication hold at the same time and location.
