Andrew Achziger, 46, was arrested in the U.S. 95 area in Sagle at 11:36 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia; and George Sanders, 61, was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
