Priest River Library hosting classes

April brings three Live & Learn classes to the Priest River Library.

On Thursday, April 15, at 5:50 join Jennifer Jensen from the University of Idaho Extension. Jennifer will teach a class on gardening in Bonner County that focuses on spring garden preparation, plant propagation and soils.

This class is suited for the experienced gardener and beginners alike.

Registration is not required.

Glass artist Randy Haa will return for a spring fused glass class. On Thursday, April 22, at 3:30 or 5 p.m., Haa will help participants create their own garden art piece.

There is an $8 materials fee and registration is required.

Learn about the practice of meditation on Saturday, April 24 at 11 a.m.

Meditation can be a powerful stress reliever that can have tremendous health benefits. Rachael Lomas from Mind Body Soul Massage + Wellness will teach the basics of meditation including an overview of different techniques and breathing exercises.
