Monique Breckenridge, 22, of Clark Fork was cited on a charge of driving without privileges in the area of Highway 200 and E. Spring Creek Road.

Deputies investigated a traffic offense in the area of Highway 41 and Old Priest River Road in Oldtown at 8:11 p.m.

Jesse Edwards, 44, of Athol, was arrested in the area of Heath Lake Road in Sagle at 10:12 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, open container, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies conducted a death investigation in the 490000 block of U.S. 95 at 10:16 p.m.

Deputies investigated a report of suspicious circumstances in the 38000 block of Highway 41 at 10:37 p.m.

Deputies responded to a civil dispute in the 486000 block of U.S. 95 in at 10:44 p.m.

Possible fraud reported on Main Street was placed under investigation at 9:14 a.m.

A male was trespassed from a residence in the 1200 block of Maple Avenue at 10:05 a.m.

Possible fraud was reported on Main Street at 10:11 a.m.

A report of information on W. Lake Street was placed under investigation at 10:59 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up reported in the Church Street area at 10:57 a.m.

Possible drug information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Third Avenue at 10:56 a.m.

Officers contacted a male and female involved in a verbal domestic in the 900 block of Cedar Street at 11:55 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Third Avenue at 1:54 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Division Avenue at 3:21 p.m.

Daniel A Kirby, 31, of Hayden, was arrested in the U.S. 95 area in the city at 3:42 p.m on charges of driving without privileges and misdemeanor no insurance.

Report of possible harassment in the area of S. Fourth Avenue and W. Lake Street at 6:33 p.m.

A report of an illegal dumping in the area of Spruce Street and N. Ella Avenue was placed under investigation at 8:43 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate juveniles reported to be causing problems in the Olive Avenue area at 9:58 p.m.

An officer advised that a reported reckless driver was contacted but was not impaired after a complaint of reckless driving in the 474000 block of U.S. 95 at 10:04 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 476000 block of U.S. 95 in reference to a suspicious vehicle reported at 11:38 p.m.
