A citizen requested information concerning a prior theft case in the Highway 200 area in Clark Fork at 7:32 a.m.

A juvenile problem was reported in Dover Bay at 8:01 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Northview Drive at 9:40 a.m.

Report of a structure fire in the 7800 block of Kelso Lake Road in Spirit Lake at 9:53 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a civil dispute in the 28000 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 10:31 a.m.

A reckless driver was reported in the 464000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 11:25 a.m.

A fraud case was reported in the 100 block of Lynn Drive in Sagle at 11:25 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of information in the 500 block of Comeback Bay Lane in Sagle at 12:11 p.ml.

A reckless driver was reported on Highway 95 near Westmond Road at 1:37 p.m.

An informational report was taken on Cold Springs Trail in Dover at 1:52 p.m.

An informational report was taken on Selkirk Road at 1:54 p.m.

Report of a civil dispute in the 7000 block of Spirit Lake Cutoff Road in Priest River at 2:47 p.m.

A suspicious circumstance on Clearwood Lane at 3 p.m.

Report of a suspicious person on Dinger Lane in Priest River at 3:43 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver on Oden Bay Drive at 3:54 p.m.

An agency assist was requested on Mountain Springs Drive at 4:14 p.m.

Oscar Gutierrez-Ramirez, 44, of Moses Lake, Washington, was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 4:23 p.m. on an outstanding Kootenai County misdemeanor warrant.

Idaho Fish & Game responded to a call in the area of Peregrin Road and Cardinal Lane in Spirit Lake at 5:56 p.m.

Deputies responded to the area of Tweedie Road and Highway 41 for a juvenile problem reported in Blanchard at 7:19 p.m.

Marty Moran, 47, was arrested in the 100 block of U.S. 2 in Oldtown at 9:11 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

SANDPOINT POLICE

April 1

Harassment was reported on Humbird Street in Kootenai at 8:27 a.m.

Battery was reported on S. Division Avenue at 11:12 a.m.

An elderly resident of Alpine Vista was located wandering in the 1100 block of Division Avenue at 2:37 p.m. and officials responded to return him to the facility.

Report of a suspicious male taking photos of the airport on Industrial Drive at 3:16 p.m.; the male was gone upon the officer's arrival.

Officers responded to trespass in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue at 4:20 p.m. and remained on scene until the male left the area.

A juvenile male arrested on warrant on Samuelson Avenue at 3:21 p.m.

Report of a theft on Church Street at 4:59 p.m.

Officer responded to trespass call in the 200 block of First Avenue at 5:31 p.m.; the subject was gone upon his arrival.

Report of a non-injury accident in the 19000 block of U.S. 2 at 7:40 p.m.

Officers were asked to conduct a welfare check at Jack in the Box on Fifth Avenue at 9:33 p.m. as they were closed too early. Officers advised the doors were secured and nothing was out of order.

Alarm tripped in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:37 p.m.

April 2

An officer responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block of N. Ella Avenue at 1:25 a.m. The officer found nothing out of order, just several stray cats.

Report of suspicious activity in the 300 block of Humbird Street in Kootenai at 3:35 a.m.; officers arrived and found nothing out of order.

An officer took a report of harassment in the 476300 block of U.S. 95 at 12:46 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of found drugs in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 10:48 p.m.

A dog license complaint was reported on Franklin Street at 7:59 a.m.
