Some tax exemption deadlines extended

It is not too late to apply for several property tax exemptions, according to the Bonner County Assessor's Office.

"We encourage residents to avoid the last-minute rush by coming in any time even if hey don't have their tax return done," Bonner County Assessor Donna Gow said.

The deadline to apply for the property tax reduction and the 100% disabled veterans exemptions has been extended to May 17.
