NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in Council chambers at City Hall, 1123 W. Lake St., Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following: A request by Anton Mini Storage, LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit, City Application No. PCUP21-0003, to allow for a 107-unit multi-family development on a 6.35-acre site located at 425 Schweitzer Cutoff Road in the Mixed Use Residential (MUR) zone and legally described as Lot 4 of Terraplane Place, a Short Plat, according to the official plat thereof, filed in Book 15 of Plats at Page(s) 99, records of Bonner County, Idaho.
