SANDPOINT — This year, the Polar Bear Plunge will be for scouts only.
With the need for a special use permit, Troop 111 Scout Master Phil Voelz said the troop opted to limit the plunge to just scouts. As a result, the public will not be able to participate in this year's plunge, Voelz said.
