Linda Thurlow, 70, of Cocolalla, was arrested in the 468000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 10:13 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Julia Lapioli, 38, of Hayden was cited at the same time and location on a charge of driving without privileges.

Items were taken from a vehicle in the 300 block of Lavina Avenue at 8:52 a.m.

An officer responded to a reported reckless driver northbound on the Long Bridge at 11:35 a.m.

An officer responded to an accidental 911 activation in the McGhee Road area in Kootenai at 12:30 p.m.

Report of a dog at large in the 100 block of Humbird Street in Kootenai at 3:13 p.m.

Report of possible fraud in the 100 block of S. Lincoln Avenue at 3:12 p.m.

A dog found in the area of N. Ella Avenue and Main Street was transported to the animal shelter at 4:44 p.m.

A male was transported to BGH for treatment at 6:10 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances wee reported on Maple Avenue at 7:55 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover K9 deployment on N. Division Avenue at 8:56 p.m.

A reckless driver in the Larch Street area was contacted at 9:40 p.m. and issued a verbal warning.
