A non-injury rollover collision was reported in the 17000 block of Dufort Road near Priest River at 5:09 a.m.

Disorderly conduct was reported in the 100 block of Birch Grove Drive at 9:08 a.m.

Deputies responded to the 900 block of Sandpiper Shores Road in Coolin following a report of an abandoned vehicle at 8:20 a.m.

A 911 hang-up was received in the 100 block of Old Diamond Mill Road in Oldtown at 9:19 a.m.

Report of an animal problem in the pre-100 block of Cocolalla Loop in Cocolalla at 9:58 a.m.

Marc A. Maio, 25, of Ponderay was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine in the 100 block of Second Street at 10:04 a.m.; and Tina A. Driggars, 50, of Ponderay was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana (less than three ounces), and possession of paraphernalia with the

intent to use.

A burglary was reported on N. Park Road in Hope at 10:25 a.m.

Ashley N. Davis, 30, of Athol was arrested in the 200 block of Paisley Road in Spirit Lake at 10:50 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of controlled substance (marijuana), and possession of paraphernalia; and Brandon E. Lysiak, 29, of Spirit Lake, was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 600 block of Riverside Road in Priest River at 10:46 a.m.

A deputy assisted Ponderay Police in the 300 block of Cedar Avenue at 10:53 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover an informational report in the 10000 block of Schweitzer Mountain Road at 11:22 a.m.

A vehicle fire was reported in the 7000 Colburn Culver Road at 11:26 a.m.

A deputy assisted a cited on Snowgoose Lane at 12:19 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the area of U.S. 95 and Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 1:24 p.m.

Report of a citizen assist in the 800 block of Al's Welding Road in Spirit Lake at 12:48 p.m.

Suicide threats were reported in the Whiskey Jack Road area at 1:44 p.m.

Harassment was reported on Kelso Woods Drive in Athol at 1:51 p.m.

Report of trespass in the 52000 block of Highway 200 in Clark Fork at 1:40 p.m.

Daniel Nicholas, 27, ofMoyie Springs, was arrested on Paisley Road on a felony warrant at 3:05 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the area of Kelso Lake Road and Torrens Trail in Spirit Lake at 4:26 p.m.

A vehicle theft was reported in the 300 block of Walden Lane in Spirit Lake at 4:32 p.m.

A civil problem was recorded on N. Boyer Road at 4:59 p.m.

Deputies responded to the pre-100 block of Shelly Street in Priest Lake following a report of a civil dispute at 5:10 p.m.

A citizen assist was reported in the Sagle area on U.S. 95 at 5:26 p.m.

Child abuse was reported on Mays Road in Sagle at 6:42 p.m.

A family offense was reported on James Road in Sagle at 7:52 p.m.

Joseph Thurston, 30, of Newport, Washington, was arrested in the 38000 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown on an outstanding warrant and was additionally charged with possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

An information case was opened for investigation in the Bonner County area on N. Boyer Road at 9:51 p.m.

An agency assist was requested on Roven Chex Lane in Careywood at 8 p.m.

Nicholas Kuhn, 23, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the Rucker Lane area at 11:22 p.m. on an outstanding warrant and was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine and

possession of drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 4

Deputies seized narcotics during a traffic stop in the 5000 block of U.S. 2 in Priest River at 2:43 a.m.

Feb. 3

A report of trespassing in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:31 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.

A vehicle in the 300 block of Sixth Avenue was tagged for 48-hour removal at 10:35 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of an unspecified traffic offense in the area of U.S. 95 and Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 1:24 p.m.

A complaint of witness intimidation was placed under investigation in the S. First Avenue area at 3:39 p.m.

A Sandpoint officer assisted Health & Welfare on a call in the Maple Avenue area at 3:39 p.m.

Theft of purse was reported in the 400 block of Church Street at 4:02 p.m.

Five juvenile females were warned for trespassing in the 300 block of N. Third Avenue at 4:34 p.m.

An officer assisted county on a call in the area of Rucker Lane and Highway 200 at 11:22 p.m.

A gun was reported taken from the 500 block of Juniper Drive at 11:19 p.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:08 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the U.S. 95 area at 4:46 a.m.

An officer responded to a family offense reported in the 300 block of Cedar Avenue at 10:53 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of information in the area of Highway 200 and Kootenai Cutoff Road at 2:24 p.m.

Officers, EMS and Northside Fire responded to a non-injury accident reported on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 4:09 p.m.

An officer responded to the Kootenai Cutoff Road area in reference to a suicide threat at 3:08 a.m.
