Southside Water & Sewer District Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services The Southside Water & Sewer District is requesting statements of qualification from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services related to the District's water and sewer systems. Services may include preparation of facility plans, environmental information documents, permitting, design, and general consultation. Submittals will be evaluated on the firm's capability, relevant project experience, qualifications of the project team, and project approach. Submittals shall not exceed 20 pages, including cover letter, and any attachments. Questions and responses should be directed to: Southside Water & Sewer District, PO Box D, Sandpoint, Idaho, 83864. Six copies of the response are due to the District by 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2021. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. NOTICE INVITING BIDS OWNER: Sandpiper Shores Master Utility 9614 N. Cedar Road Spokane, WA 99208 Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of: Sandpiper Shores Master Utility (SSMU) Wastewater Improvements. Clean Water Loan Project #WW1705 will be received by the Owner at the office of the Engineer, 7950 N. Meadowlark Way, Suite A, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday March 2, 2021 and then at said location and time, publicly opened and read aloud. Mailed bids shall be mailed to the Engineer's address listed above. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Engineer on Tuesday February 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Video and photographs of the project site, taken during September 2020, will be made available to bidders during the meeting and upon request.
