Vandalism was reported on S. Sagle Road at 8:29 a.m.

A fish and game call was reported in the area of Vay and Dufort roads in Priest River at 9:16 a.m.

Theft of property was reported in the Sagle area on Comeback Bay Lane at 9:26 a.m.

Hope M. Nelsen, 28, of Sandpoint was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 5:31 p.m. on an outstanding Boundary County felony warrant on a charge of failure to appear.

Request for an agency assist in the 12000 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 4:53 p.m.

Request for a motorist assist in the area of Trestle Creek Road in Hope at 6:17 p.m.

Deputies responded to the River Run Drive area in Laclede for a report of a family offense at 7:16 a.m.

Report of an alarm in the 100 block of Kootenai Bay Road at 7:39 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of information in the 47300 block of U.S. 200 in Hope at 8:04 p.m.

Report of a trespass in the 2200 block of S. Sagle Road at 7:11 p.m.

Deputies and EMS assisted Sandpoint Police on S. First Avenue at 1:22 a.m.

Report of an alarm in the 100 block of Shannon Lane in Dover at 4:38 a.m.

Jan. 7

A dog found on N. Boyer Avenue t 7:57 a.m. was transported to the animal shelter.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call reported on E. Lake Street at 9:04 a.m.

Report of a juvenile problem in the 300 block of Creekview Court at 9:24 a.m.

Report of a vehicle creating a traffic hazard in the area of Maddie Lane and Burns Court at 10:43 a.m.

An officer assisted Health and Welfare on Oak Street at 11:02 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Church Street at 12:58 p.m.

Report of a barking dog in the 1200 block of Kinnikinnik Avenue at 2:45 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Halley Street at 2:31 p.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Jan. 7

An officer responded to a reported reckless driver on U.S. 95 in the Samuels area at 8:42 a.m.

Hope M. Nelsen, 28, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Fifth Street and Birch Avenue at 3:31 p.m. on multiple outstanding warrants, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false information to a police officer.

An officer received a report of a non-injury accident in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 3:44 p.m.

Jan. 8

Officers and Selkirk Fire advised a structure fire reported in the 500 block of S. First Avenue at 1:22 a.m. was unfounded.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Jan. 7

A dog was reported running at large in the E. Lincoln Avenue area at 9:53 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of shoplifting in the 5000 block of U.S. 2 at 11:14 a.m.

Battery was reported on Highway 57 I Priest River at 1:40 p.m.
