Carrie L. Smith, 40, of Spokane, was arrested in the U.S. 2 area in Oldtown at 8:43 p.m. on charges of trafficking heroin, felony possession of a controlled substance, attempting to elude law enforcement, aggravated battery, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Request for a welfare check in the 600 block of E. Ockert Street in Oldtown at 10:05 p.m.
Report of a 911 hang-up in the 100 block of Holiday Loop Road in Blanchard at 10:19 p.m.

Brandon Goode, 29, of Coeur d'Alene, was arrested in the 472000 block of U.S. 95 in Sagle at 11:48 p.m. on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and on an outstanding warrant; and Jasmine Ortega, 39, of Coeur d'Alene was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
