Group offering college scholarship

The Bonner County Cattlewomen and Cattlemen are pleased to announce that they will again be offering a $1,000 scholarship to a college student who will be entering their junior or senior year of college this fall. The student is required to be attending an Idaho college in any major, but must be able to show a signifcant impact on the beef industry.

The group is pleased of the success story behind this scholarship as this is the 37th year it has been offered.

All past recipients have received degrees, which include veterinarians, teachers, and those working in the animal science, business and nutrition fields.

Applications are available at the Bonner County Extension Office or at the Boundary County Extension Office and and must be returned by June 1, 2021.
