NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ponderay City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 6, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following requests: Resolution 2021-02, Amendment to the City of Ponderay Official Fee Schedule - The City of Ponderay is initiating amendments to its Official Fee Schedule (last adopted in 2006 by Resolution 2006-8), providing for updated processing fees, in order to adjust for inflation and continue to cover the actual costs of reviewing projects and administering the requirements of Ponderay City Code. Proposed revisions include a comprehensive update to the official fee schedule; including but not limited to updates to all land use application; subdivision application and stormwater review fees, final plat fees; encroachment permit review fees; bonding and surety fees, appeal fees; and copy fees. Additionally, the amendment proposes the addition of review fees for family split, floodplain development and home occupation review fees.
