Bryce D. Fischer, 31, of Kalispel, Mont., was arrested in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 8:34 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, and introduction of major contraband into a correctional facility.
A female was transported to BGH for treatment at 8:49 p.m.
