Sergey Bambula, 34, of Blanchard, was cited in the area of Clagstone Road in Spirit Lake at 12:07 a.m. on charges of driving without privileges and open container.

K9 deployment was requested for a traffic stop in the area of Third and Jackson in Priest River at 1:22 a.m.
