ANNOUNCEMENT OF FIRE COMMISSIONER VACANCY The Board of Fire Commissioners for the Coolin Cavanaugh Bay Fire Protection District (CCBFPD) is calling for letters of interest from persons interested in serving as a Fire Commissioner in Subdistrict 2. District commissioners meet quarterly and provide oversight to CCBFPD operations. CCBFPD is composed of three subdistricts. The commissioner's position will be appointed by the Commissioners of subdistricts 1 and 3. Although this position will be appointed to meet state law requirements, it is an elected position with the term continuing through 2021.
