BCEDC announces executive director search

The Bonner County Economic Development Corporation is seeking a full-time executive director to help shape the future of business in North Idaho.

Standing at the intersection between governments, small businesses and large employers, Bonner County EDC officials said the organization aims to help the community meet the demands of an ever-evolving economy. The organization assists businesses at every stage of expansion, relocation to North Idaho and government approval. For local Main Street businesses, the EDC connects them to the resources they need to thrive, officials said in a press release.

With the county projected to experience unprecedented growth in the coming years, Bonner County EDC officials announced the search for someone to help everyone from small businesses to targeted industries adapt and thrive.

"We are seeking qualified applicants with experience working local economies similar to that of Bonner County," the group said in a press release.
