Jonathan J. Suther, 26, of Washington, Dawson A. Porcello, 22, of Washington, and Paul D. Amado, 27, of Washington, were cited in the Fifth Avenue area at 8:23 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia; and Geovany D. Cruz-Rico, 26, of Washington was cited at the same time and location on a charge of frequenting.

Report of a code violation on Church Street at 8:58 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1400 block of Cedar Street at 11:40 a.m.

A tobacco violation was reported on S. Division Avenue at 12:06 p.m.

An officer advised that a child playing with a phone dialed 911 in the Alexander Way area at 12:01 p.m.

A theft reported on McGhee Road in Kootenai was placed under investigation at 12:32 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reckless driver reported to be in the U.S. 95 area in the city at 12:58 p.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police in the 29800 block of Highway 200 at 2:42 p.m.

Report of a disorderly male in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 4:02 p.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police on U.S. 95 at 5:46 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1300 block of U.S. 2 at 5:51 p.m.

Report of shoplifting in the 300 block of N. First Avenue at 5:56 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on S. Division Avenue at 6:02 p.m.

An officer advised at 6:34 p.m. that a report of stalking in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue was unfounded.

Shawn Libby, 19, of Marion, Montana, was cited in the 26000 block of Highway 2 at 6:56 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges and no proof of insurance.

Officers assisted Ponderay Police in the Birch Avenue area at 8:19 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Poplar Street at 10:44 p.m.

Officers checked on a female in the city after a report of suicidal threats at 11:56 p.m.; they advised she was fine.

An officer responded to a citizen assist in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 4:21 p.m.

An officer responded to a possible impaired driver in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 5:46 p.m.

An officer responded to a citizen assist in the 476700 block of U.S. 95 at 6:02 p.m.

A burglary was reported on Birch Avenue at 8:19 p.m.
