NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 21st, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., Council Chambers of Ponderay City Hall, 288 Fourth Street, Ponderay, Idaho, to consider the following request: File SS21-027 - Ponderay Cottages - The above-named application has been submitted to Ponderay City Planning for processing. The applicant is proposing a preliminary plat of 17- Lots facing McNearney Park; and associated street, alley and greenbelt right-of-way dedications.
