RECREATION Approved the Recreation Manager's request to issue a special use pass to G Dub's Concessions for operating a concession at Garfield Bay Day Use Site from May 22nd to September 14th, 2021. The permit is contingent on approval and license issued by Panhandle Health. Daily fee of $10.00 will be applied everyday G Dub's Concessions is in operation with funds generated deposited in the parks budget for park maintenance. Approved the Hazardous Piling Removal Grant closeout through Idaho Parks and Recreation and authorized the Chairman to sign the documents administratively. PROSECUTOR Approved the request to submit application materials to the Idaho Council on Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance seeking grant funds in the amount of $155,000.00. Allowed the Chairman to sign the application materials administratively. BOCC Approved the Easement Agreement with Brian Runberg/Beardmore Landing for a period of three years. Approved the letter to the Idaho Department of Lands State Board of Land Commissioners informing them that the BOCC has no objections to the upcoming 2021 auction of endowment land at Priest Lake. AIRPORT Entered into this contract with T-O Engineers in the amount of $429,936 and that the Chairman sign administratively. SOLID WASTE Authorized Solid Waste to obtain qualifications from no less than (3) three engineering firms to furnish design and construction of a new waste transfer building, household hazardous waste building, manager shop building, and civil site improvements to be located at the Colburn Waste Transfer Site, Idaho Hill, Dickensheet and Dufort site. ROAD & BRIDGE Contract for 2021 Rock Crushing - District 1 awarded to Wood's Crushing & Hauling, Inc. for the unit prices listed on the Bid Submittal Form for a total amount of $508,300.00, and authorized the board to sign the contract. Approved advertisement for bids for construction of the Heath Lake Rd RRX Closure, re-alignment, and hammerhead turn-around. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT Approved the Memorandum of Understanding Grant# 20WFM-Bonner in the amount of $240,000.00 and allow the chair to sign. RECREATION Approved and signed the grant request for reimbursement for the Garfield Bay Campground Grant RV21-1-09-2. By signing, Bonner County will be reimbursed $13,732.01 from Idaho Parks and Recreation Recreational Vehicles grant program. Approved and signed the Winter trail maintenance contract between Bonner County and the Forest Service in the amount of $15,000.00 with a 20% match.
