Deputies handled a 911 hang up call in the 300 block of Skyhawk Drive in Spirit Lake at 9:39 p.m.

Deputies responded to the report of a 911 hang-up in the 200 block of Sitting Bull Road at 11:50 p.m.

Deputies handled a 911 hang-up in the 3000 block of Hoo Doo Loop in Oldtown at 12:13 a.m.

David Combs, 25, of Sagle, was arrested on Algoma Spur Road in Sagle at 1:05 a.m. on charges of eluding and resisting and obstructing an officer; and John McGarry, 26, of Sandpoint, was cited at the same time and location on charges of petit theft.

April 20

An item was stolen off a vehicle in the 1000 block of Northview Drive at 8:16 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Main Street at 9:59 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Spruce Street at 10:40 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Fourth Avenue at 10:43 a.m.

Report of a juvenile problem in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Spruce Street at 11:35 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the U.S. 2 area at 12:13 p.m.

A civil standby was requested in the 300 block of McGhee Road in Kootenai at 12:10 p.m.

Report of shoplifting in the 600 block of Larch Street at 12:53 p.m.

A dog owner in the 2100 block of Pine Street was cited at 2:42 p.m. on charges of having a dog at large and having a dog in a prohibited area.

An officer responded to assist BCSO with a stolen vehicle traffic stop in the 41000 block of Highway 200 at 8:06 p.m.
