Remember to say thank you to our veterans

| November 11, 2021 1:00 AM

The flag of the United States of America flies proudly today. Our flag stands for our freedom. Our freedom came out of the American Revolution. The Civil War gave freedom to all citizens. World War I was fought in Europe and World War II was fought worldwide. Korea and Vietnam would come and go.

Today we again see worldwide tension. The men and women, in military uniform, still maintain and protect our freedom.

The white, in our flag, stands for the purity of our intentions. The blue represents the freedom of our skies and of our seas. The red reminds us of the blood that has been shed, and yes, for those who never made it home.

Enjoy your day and say thank you to a veteran, and to all veterans.
