Byron S. McVay, 19, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of S. Boyer Avenue and Erie Street at 1:47 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges and misdemeanor no insurance.
A dog found at large in the Boyer Road area was returned to its owner at 4:56 p.m.
