REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES CITY OF SANDPOINT, WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY REPLACEMENT PROJECT The City of Sandpoint, Idaho is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide progressive design-build services to complete the Project. The Project is generally defined as the replacement of the City's existing wastewater treatment facilities. The Project shall meet or exceed the performance criteria, as detailed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and subsequent Contract Documents. The scope of services will be achieved and managed through a single, phased contract between the City of Sandpoint and the best-value design-build firm.
