Welker is the right person at the right time

Many businesses in Sandpoint are struggling to stay open, due to a lack of workers. And the worker shortage is directly related to the lack of housing available to them.

On November 2, we can do something about that. We can elect Jason Welker to the Sandpoint City Council.

Jason is knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with housing issues. His background includes teaching Economics for many years. As a 17 year homeowner in Bonner County, he understands on a personal level how housing booms and busts affect our community.

He is currently chairman of Planning and Zoning and has a record of proven leadership. Jason clearly understands the costs, benefits, and pitfalls in housing proposals. His knowledge of codes, zoning et al is a tremendous benefit in our current situation.

He is the right person at the right time. I'm voting for Jason for Sandpoint City Council because I want to be part of the effort to solve our local housing crisis. Please join me in being part of the solution. Vote for Welker.
